I know this is a butcher shop but I must say your lump crabcakes in this month's special were as good as any I have ever eaten! I am hoping they are available to purchase. They were delicious.

This was my first time trying the monthly special for two, and I'm so impressed. The quality of the meat, customer service, and presentation all stood out. I love eating with confidence knowing the animals were well cared for—it truly makes a difference in taste. The process was quick (in and out in under 30 minutes), and I appreciated being able to watch them prepare my order. The insulated, reusable bag was also a thoughtful touch. I currently receive SNAP benefits, so I'm especially grateful they accept SNAP—it helps me provide healthier food for my family. This shop honestly feels like an answered prayer. I don't even want to shop at big stores for meat anymore. If you stop by, grab a piece or two of jerky at checkout—they're so good!

It will be hard to serve country style steak for supper anymore unless it comes from y'all. That is the most tender piece of steak ever and the flavor, just perfect.
